There’s a new electronic / R&B artist on the scene -  New Yorker MOSSS and his debut single ‘Here If You Want (Pale Blue)’. MOSSS, real name Rob McCurdy, is no industry novice; he was previously in Noise Club and has co-written pop banger Hailee Stenfield’s  ‘Starving feat. Zedd’. His solo material, however, feels more in line with UK electronic group HONNE, with similarly distorted vocals, grooving basslines and noodling guitar lines. What sets MOSSS apart, however, is McCurdy’s ability to kick the track into another level. This happens around the two-minute mark, with Latin-inspired offbeat percussion and some interesting harmonic shifts providing additional layers of depth.
